Hair at Twenty One

Well didn't want to have to write bad review ,however last week I had a appointment which I went too and stood outside the shop for 15mins as not open ,so I finally called the number on the website to which I was told I had recieved a text stating needed to cancel (no text recieved) so I wasn't happy but agreed to go the next day ,following day I turned up at the time I was asked to to then find she had another client and clearly I was being fitted in , it all seemed very rushed and as I had a wet cut I didn't notice my cut until I washed it ,it was chopped and uneven ,no amount of blow drying was going to fix it . I left it the weekend and contacted the hairdresser on the Monday and sent her pics she agreed to rectify it as she could see what I meant she asked me to go back on Wed 4th May in the morning ,then just getting ready to start out and I get a text cancelling yet again and asking me to go in at 1pm as she's now booked to see a solicitor about ceasing trading ,really if you have a client already booked in shouldn't you work the solicitor round them . I said no I ca t make one please just refund me as too much messing around . Yes of course she said ,so I sent my bank details .Amazingly she's now not replying to any of my correspondence . Either way I'm very disappointed I live on state pension 25 for a wet cut is a lot of money to lose and now not only does my hair look bad I can't afford to go elsewhere . I have checked my rights and I'm entitled to a refund given she cancelled my appointment to rectify . It's a shame about her shop ,but if the shops only open occasionally probably isn't worth opening at all . Just to make it clear it may only be 25 to most people but to me that's a lot of money so I will take this further . No meed to ignore me . Service: Hairstyling
