        Charlotte took me for a walk-in appointment on Monday and it was my first visit as I have come home from uni for the holiday. She did an amazing job styling my hair following the description and reference photos I gave her and was very cautious of a new piercing I had, while doing my hair. All staff were kind, tender and welcoming. I definitely recommend KOSA and I will be visiting again Thank you! Services: Hairstyling, Shampoo & conditioning, Blowdry

        I have used KOSA today, and had lowlights done, my stylist was Charlotte. She took the time to understand my requirements, and did an excellent job, very professional outfit. Who have now gained a customer for life. Highly recommended, with this great team your in safe hands.
