Snap Fitness Stourbridge

I've always believed that motivation the ongoing desire to not only attend and join a gym but that special environment that you only find in THE best run gyms, well I've been lucky enough to find this and so much more within Snap Fitness in Stourbridge. Due to other commitments I had no time for the gym, their cancellation procedure is ridiculous, they need you to attend their premises between 9-5, to fill out a customer satisfaction survey, why this can't be done other the phone or email is beyond me. i work 9-5 and was unable to attend, when i did attend prior to phoning in, no one was there who could deal with the cancellation, It took 2 months to cancel all while they were debiting my account. I was paying the higher monthly rate for the 30 day cancellation plan, well that didn't work out. No other gym has a stupid procedure like this, Snap Fitness Gym Cancellation Procedure Zero out of 10. I was planning on rejoining later on, but have now changed my mind. They wouldn't even waiver the 30 day cancellation fee after all the hassle. I joined because of Raj, a personal trainer, who I would highly recommend, his experience and knowledge is vast. Best gym in Stourbridge! Emma manages a great team - always friendly, supportive, and encouraging. Excellent range of equipment and classes. Great facilities - very clean! PT sessions are well worth doing - Darryl is tough, but the ultimate motivator! All in all, the best therapy there is!

Snap fitness Stourbridge is a gym on its own. You would not find a more friendly atmosphere, with the personal trainers and clients. Exceptionally clean, flexibility of being 24 hour and the best classes. Being a member since almost the very start I wouldnt consider going anywhere else to train.

member for over 3 years, clean, friendly, great staff and good equipment. Nice safe and happy place to train. Always helpful people on hand
