Good gym overall. Unfortunately let down by the disabled capacity checker. Was really useful for me as Ive got anxiety and like to check how busy the gym is before I go. Cancelled my membership and joined another gym that has an active capacity checker.

This has been my gym for many years now. I've seen staff come and go but they have always been great people. The gym isn't huge, however it has everything you would want in a gym. There is a spinning area, studio, clean changing rooms and showers, hair dryers and lockers. The pt's are always there for advice or guidance. It's open 24 hours a day and ready to get to. There is also a carpark where you can get 2 free hours. You really couldn't complain.

Changing rooms are very small. Parking it is not great. Classes are boring

Gym member for the past 3 years. Good selection of equipment, sad to say less than half the staff even say hi or help anyone new or help new members with bad form. Credit to Junior and Shaun who only seem to do any upkeep. The rest are stuck up their backsides if you know what I mean. Only other negative is that classes play there music too high and even while your using your headphone/earbuds its over whelming.
