We have worked with BCB for many years and every time we step foot in their gym it has a brilliant atmosphere. Everyone including staff and other members are super friendly and welcoming. If you want more than just a gym and a great community of people this is the gym for you.

I have only used this gym for a few months, I was always too nervous to go, but getting a PT really helped me conquer my nerves. Abi has been a huge confidence booster for me, and I couldn't have done it without her. The gym is clean, lively, and filled with a fantastic range of weight lifting equipment. You can add your own music to the queue, but I love the music played here always! This gym has built its own community, and it really shows, with its friendly staff and kind gym goers.
