Zar and Paula a pleasure to deal with as there was no pressure on the customer to purchase . We purchased our bespoke sofa and chair from Stourbridge suite factory. It was measured to how we wanted it to fit in our lounge and dinning room. We had looked at large furniture stores and decided on the design. Before going ahead we decided to have a look at The Suite Factory, We were impressed with the choices available. Basically we could have whatever style we wanted, the size we wanted with any type of feet or arms. Anything at all that we wanted. Down to the firmness of the seat cushions. The choice of fabrics was huge, and we were able to match the new sofa to an existing one. So much so that it looks part of the same suite. The service we received was second to none. And on top of this the price was incredible. Much cheaper than we had been looking at elsewhere. Yes we are very pleased and would recommend wholeheartedly. Service: Couches/sofas
