I rent a property from these. Good and bad with these they are fantastic when it comes to repairs they get right on it. You can treat your property like its yours. But the complaints good and bad if you complain about mess they get on it. But bad when your quiet and keep yourself to your self you get moaned about your pets being noisy or you i have not yet had a complaint about my daughter who has a hidden disability yet because she is noisier than my dogs but if they do its classed as discrimination with my daughter. So yeah great all round if you have no kids or pets and sit there quietly as mouse then they wont complain to you about noise. so i would not recommend these unless you risk it or have no other option.
