The shop is clean and well stocked, the staff were also very polite, during COVID-19 the shop felt safe as long as people follow the one way system in the shop. The reason for dropping the one star was because I went to drop off a pre paid parcel to send back via DHL and the instructions stated that two things were needed one postage label to the box and a packing slip inside the box, the shop wouldn't accept the parcel as it needed a third document for the collection driver to use. I took the parcel to the next local drop off and had no issues and parcel has arrived to its destination.
