        Disappointed. Had arranged a visit by a company representative to give a quote for a dormer loft conversion. Date and time agreed via text conversation after filling out contact request on the company website. To our disappointment, nobody showed up even after a message was sent to them to confirm the visit on the morning of the day if the agreed appointment (this message was not replied to).
