        Big Willys Bike Care are superb, Willy is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, service and quality is absolutely tops and their prices are so so reasonable. Never mind giving 5 stars I think 10 stars would be more appropriate! I would highly recommend Big Willys Bike Care and trust me, whatever you needs whether sales or service (or advice) you will not be disappointed! THANK YOU FOR YOUR FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL SERVICE!

        Big Willys (fnar) was recommended to me by a stranger who explained the difference between going tubeless and not after I was caught out with a puncture. As a total novice when it comes to mountain biking, Willy took so much time to explain options to me (in great detail) using props. I just really appreciated the consultative and patient approach, taking the time to answer any questions I hadand offer sound alternatives and advice .AND he has a rescued Greyhound .!!! Now, if that alone isnt worth 5 stars, I dunno what is!! I wont go anywhere else now. A total star- and thank you!

        5 star not high enough. l said though needed new front pads. And Wile it's in workshop happy to have service for45 pounds when collected only asked for 10 what a star can't find many foke like that these days. Highly recommended
