Signs in branch saying main reception desk is permanently closed so you have to go to the clerk counter. When I asked why the desk was closed - "there are no computers there anymore" - what happened to the computers? - "oh we do everything on tablets now". I wanted to open another account because online banking was asking too many unnecessary questions. She told me they video record all interviews in branch and will be quicker if I go online. Sounded like a police interview lol. I have been a customer for years so this should be straight forward. Honestly, go elsewhere. These epsilons are doing themselves out of a job but can't see it.
