Very poor customer service,in branch. Qs........

Been in twice now to try and get an appointment, first time told to come when they open to stand any chance of one, then it would be in 4 weeks time!, but did as they said, made a journey into Stourbridge, then told to come back later on. The counter staff are friendly enough, but Barclays Bank is getting an awful bank to bank with.

Went into the Stourbridge branch today as I needed to put in a check. I suffer with anxiety disorder and was very upset because i was haveing trouble locating a branch and phoneing was a long and arduous process . In the end I had to travel from Birmingham to Stourbridge to put in my cheque . I was upset and in tears and very annoyed going into the branch . but I would like to say Lisa came straight over to me and took me to a cubicle and sorted out my complaint she was empathic very patient and understanding and she managed to calm me down and while she was doing the paperwork she listened to my problems and was there for me and Lisa gave me the space I needed . Lisa is a credit to your company I have never in my whole life met such a lovely and understanding person . She truly made me feel like the only person In the bank and she didnt judge or rush me . Can you please tell Lisa a big thank you as she made my day a lot better as well as sorted out my cheque . This young lady deserves to be promoted to a more senior level as she has the personality and special attributes to go far in your company . Thank you LISA

Can't believe no counter staff available after 2.30 to withdraw cash but staff available to tell you that no ones available! Unbelievable.
