        Closed at 2.30pm on a Friday not open again until 9.30am Monday. Beyond low customer service. Truly awful.

        I just want to share my sadness of how things have changed at my local bank. I used to enjoy my weekly banking experience, one to one over the counter private chat. I joined the bank at 15 nearly 40 years ago, banking my first weekly wage. My experience at the bank now is awful i hate going in, as you step in your pounced upon asked what you want to do banned from the counter even when you really need to speak to someone, forced to use the machine, which they only have one, and everyone that uses it takes 4 times as long to do this as to go to the counter. I am also so sick and tired of being told to bank online, I do know how to bank online this is not the point, I want my old bank back real customer service no hassle just be left alone to do my banking. With sadness i feel the new year will be a change of bank for me.
