The on-site accommodation is lovely and has everything you need for the day of your wedding.
The wedding package has no hidden costs, it is all clearly laid out which keeps the stress levels down!
A great experience from start to finish and loved by all our guests!

The food was also so good!
It was definitely no ordinary baby shower!

* we were told that no alcohol could be brought onsite for the self catering stay and had to be purchased from the venue beforehand. Ok, not great but options and prices were fine. I bought enough for me to use the night before the wedding and some extra for the day of. What we werent told was that the fridges would be locked on the wedding day meaning that we couldnt even get to the soft drinks for the kids and i had to buy from the wedding bar.
* the rooms nearest the venue were not a) private or b) quiet. Being the only way to go from car park to the venue entrance, i was woken early on the wedding day and then not able to sleep until the last person left the wedding. The mirrored window/wall was not soundproof and entirely see through at night if a light was on inside (which i found out when guests talked about it outside). You cannot charge more for these rooms (despite being bigger than the ones in the private courtyard).
* the wifi only really worked in the kitchen and even then intermittently. With phone reception pretty non-existant, boosters and even additonal wifi routers should have allowed for both those staying and those visiting.
* communication with the onsite managers was available (and reasonably answered) but i would seriously look at the information you provide to people once they have booked their stay i.e. what alcohol is available to buy AND limitations of consumption, what is provided in the kitchen, is there anywhere to sit together, cash or card bar. As we all pay directly, these are private bookings and information needs to be passed directly to us not through a central conduit.
