Shaun is an excellent trainer. Hes made a big impact on my fitness and wellbeing over the last two months. His sessions are tailored to my goals, and he is always supportive and helpful.

Shaun is a delightful character and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. He successfully built my confidence in my body again after an injury and helped me to find the right path to head towards. I look forward to returning in the New Year! Definitely worth the money and had a laugh along the way too.

I've been training with Shaun for 2 months now and am thoroughly enjoying my sessions. Shaun has done me a home programme to work alongside my gym sessions which is great. I love Shaun's attenton to detail with form and it really helps that he can and does adapt the exercises when needed. The gym is well equipped and a pleasure to work out in. I can't recommend Shaun highly enough.

I found Shaun on the village FB page - the pictures of his fully equipped gym really appealed to me, as I have a sensitivity to bright lights; his gym is black and he has a dimmer switch for the lights not to mention full aircon and heating with banging tunes. He is always there set-up and ready for me, even when I turn up early, he is such a perfectionist when it comes to form and Im amazed at the weights Im lifting in just 6wks - turns out I am strong and I LOVE strength training; cardio isnt the only way to lose weight and get fit. He checks in regularly on text, gives great tips for hitting my protein macro and its so easy to book your sessions online via his website. With Shaun, you will not just feel like a number or a cash cow, he truly is invested in your progress and wants to see the results just as much as you do. Highly recommend
