After ordering and reading some of the reviews left I was a little apprehensive about my order. I ordered 6 different cufflinks for our wedding and they turned up within 7 days of ordering and they are all of great quality. Two pairs were missing from the initial delivery however after a quick message they were very apologetic and sent the missing two straight away and they arrived the next day. Cannot fault the product or the service received!

Absolutely appalling customer services. I have been emailing and calling regarding my order that I placed mid January and I have yet to receive. I have emailed multiple times and had no response. Clearly an extremely poorly run business, that don't care to keep customers updated regarding their orders. They take your money and don't deliver. I advise anyone to keep clear. I am extremely disappointed. Hopefully this review will merit a response!

I purchased a pair of cuff links back in February. I phoned prior to sending them back to confirm the return address. The cuff links were sent back on 15th February. I waited for two months to get a refund. It's now three months since I returned the goods. Luckily, I kept proof of postage and they finally responded by confirming they were going to refund the money on 28th April. It's now 13th May and they've still not returned the money into my account. Worst customer service I've had to deal with in a long time.

I placed an order the 13th of January and even though after contacting them for more than a couple of times, and promising the item would be dispatched, I still have no heard back from them. Terrible place. Do not buy from them.
