Melbourne Raceway

I have never been to this type of event before so didn't know what to expect. It was a good day out. Really enjoyed watching and there's plenty of seating and opportunities to wander around looking at the various machines. All the people there were happy to talk about their vehicles which was nice as I don't know much about it. There's food and drink available so you can grab a burger and a beer and watch some fast cars, perfect day out for me!

If your into your motor sport this is the place go get your fix of hi octane fuel, nitro an smoking rubber.!!! Check out there Web page for updates on live event's plus RWYB days. Basic amenities available loo, burger waggon & cafe. Would advise bring drinks an snack keep cost down alcohol is allowed on site. But not allowed near race track for obvious reason. Would advise bring all weather gear as it can get cold / rain. Your in the open an exposed to the elements so better to have layers than be caught short. The place is wheel & push chair frinedly. At the swap meet today. I felt sorry for them because of the weather the new tin shed came into its own though and surpassed it's dryness from the rain ...
