Chicken bake was just grease and hot slop, no taste at all and the lemon muffin was soo stale and half baked!! First time buying food from here, won't be going here again I'm afraid

Bean sausage and cheese melt was stone cold , if I pay alot for a pastry I want it atleast warm , I'm upset beyond belief, Couplands are miles better
