        Excellent service from Karen from start to finish! I was very wary of changing card payment provider but I didnt need to be with Karen. From the initial introduction she listened to our needs and not only matched then but exceeded them. With a few demands from me along the way Karen was professional and responded with nothing being too much trouble. Installation was easy and the team are now super happy with our new terminals. Would def recommend Karen and Card Industry Professionals.

        We recently changed to CIP and Aidan has been great throughout. After bad experiences with merchant providers over the years I was skeptical about changing but he made sure the process was smooth and faultless. We have had our first bill and were very impressed with the saving! He has been at hand to help with PCI and regularly pops in to make sure everything is OK. 5 star service, would highly recommend!
