        Well what a shocking experience there today. Went with an elderly lady for lunch and a catch up. We missed 40 minutes of our time together as I was stood in a queue waiting to order. Only one lady on the till at a peak time, 12.10. No one was rushing. If Id have known it would take this long Id have left and gone elsewhere. All staff could do with some new white t shirts or a different uniform as they looked very grubby and definitely not white. Food was ok when it arrived, cant say the chips were piping hot. It was nothing special. Someone needs to check the drains where table 11 is situated as we could both smell something. Wont be rushing back.

        Not happy at having to pay an extra 75p for an alternative milk because I have an allergy to dairy, the manger/owner is completely profiting from this because of an allergy and the alternative milk you used (oat) is only 1.50 for a carton, how can you justify this please?
