Ayla has such a wonderful nature, and immediately made me feel more calm through our sessions. This helped me feel so prepared and supported through the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone in Surrey (or remote - we did our sessions virtually as well) who is looking for hypnobirthing to help them prepare for birth.
