Avoid this company!! A great golf (so far, I havent had it checked myself by a 3rd party although its driven well for 3 months at this point). Low mileage, bodywork perfect for a 13 year old car and sturdy. Company, however, are cowboys. Car was advertised to have the cam belt recently replaced within 2000 miles. When I went to see the car, I liked it but couldnt take it at that time because it needed booking in to replace the cam belt. Advert said it had already been done and even gave mileage. Red flag number 1, but happy at least it was being done. Car was sold as serviced. However when I got the car home I noticed the service booklet wasnt stamped. Called and queried it, they said it had been done and I could come back, review the paperwork and get the book stamped. I returned (and I live far away) and they didnt have any paperwork and stamped the book anyway. Red flag number 2. After 3 further weeks, the service indicator started flashing and I called complaining. They said to bring it back and they would give me another service for free. Too easy to offer a free service, so the original one obviously wasnt done. On top of that, 2 days later the temperature light flashed and I had ZERO coolant in the engine. I was stranded for 2 hours at Gatwick airport waiting for someone to collect some coolant and bring to me before I could drive the car. Red flag number 3. When I took the car back for the service, (4th time travelling to this place which is extremely far away within 2.5 months after purchasing the car). Because I didnt trust them, I asked them to extend the warranty seeing as the service had only just been done and I only wanted the 3 months to restart and he refused and was very rude. Wouldnt talk to me, answered my questions to someone else rather than looking at me. Obviously has an issue with a woman giving him a third degree. He had the audacity to say that its my fault the car was taken unserviced..because the garage called me when the cam belt was done and it was ready for collection. And he said I should have waited a few days first. Red flag number 4 They also didnt send the new keeper information to the DVLA so I had to chase and the car wasnt officially mine until 2.5 months after. Red flag number 5 Such a shame because its a lovely car but there is ZERO customer service or after care.

Bought a white Mazda two hatchback. Got the car and immediately there was an Engine light fault. Took it back to them and was told its a sensor issue. They fixed it and returned it to me then it come on again. Went back to them again and it got fixed. I was close to returning the car, full stop. Have to say they dealt with it professionally and the problem got fixed and was under warranty. So far the car is running fine.

Avoid this seller. He is a dishonest time waster. I approached him about a low mileage Mercedes CLS. It was a distant sale. He explained that the car had a malfunctioning Navigation screen, but if I paid a deposit of GBP 500, he would order the relevant part, replace it, and I could come and collect the car, which I agreed. I paid the deposit and expected he would order it. The car was to be available within the same week and I agreed on that condition, as I had to book travel from abroad to collect. He did not order the unit, but a few days later he told me that the car's software was broken and he would have it booked for the following week with a specialist, so someone from their garage could diagnose the fault and maybe repair (so, how would he know that this was about replacing the navigation unit in the first place?). Long story short, the car was not going to be ready within at least 2 weeks (frankly, it would be hard to say when the car would be fixed). I therefore asked to refund my deposit as I did not want a car with malfunctioning sofwtare or wait indefinitely for it to be fixed. Being entitled to a 14 days cooling off period, cancelled the agreement and expected my money to come back to my account. He refused to refund the money, and after event issued me an invoice which stated it was a "non-refundable deposit", something that I had never agreed to or even discussed with him. He told me that "I may have some rights, but he has his" and "I should be grateful to him that he made an effort to book the car for a diagnosis", can you imagine? Now the matter is proceeding to a county court. Avoid!
