We collected our new Itineo CM660 this weekend from Wokingham Motor homes and I must say it was a superb, down to earth, no none sense experience. The vehicle hand over was carried out by the owner, Adrian, and was the most thorough and often entertaining experience that lasted roughly 2 hours. Every feature and system, inside and out was discussed, demonstrated and advice given.. The surroundings are most unusual as instead of a flash showroom you are in the courtyard of what on first impressions, is a beautiful old farmhouse set amongst 40 odd acres of woodland. A couple of minor problems were immediately sorted by the team and many cups of coffee and an overnight stay later ( to become familiar with the vehicle ) we were on our way. Very satisfied Customers. For some, this environment may be a little unexpected, compared with the conventional dealerships, but for us it was delightful and an excellent start to this new chapter in our motorhoming.

They are the most helpful team and we travel over 500 miles for their service. They cannot be faulted and go way beyond the extra mile, every time. Such loyal customers.

UPDATE: Cancelled my service (booked 3 months ago) after I had driven 2.5hrs to them. Never answer emails. Rarely respond to ansaphone messages. A business running on a shoestring primarily to get you to buy very expensive motorhomes. I'm a bit mixed on this review. The service was impeccable, no question. What was shocking, as a first time visitor, was firstly driving up nearly a mile of single track road in the middle of nowhere, with no passing places, praying another vehicle (let alone motorhome) is not coming the other way. Then you finally reach what seems to be a farm house adjacent to some large, dilapidated sheds. Zero signage! As a first impression this was a bit shocking. Hardly professional. Whilst waiting for your motorhome to be serviced you are left to sit in a tent with no facilities. After spending 65k on a motorhome am I wrong to expect far more?
