A quirky place with a nice range of independent shops and a good cafe. Check opening times of the different shops before visiting, as they are not always open. Can particularly recommend Pottery Pals for a fun activity to do with the kids.

Should be called Workshop Village as there was a lack of art and craft stuff here. (Im sure its great but we had a poor experience the day we came!) it says on Google the place is open Sunday until 4:30pm. We arrived at 1pm and the entire place was closed except for a pub/cafe and a small glass workshop!! My sister was really excited to come here as she loves arts and crafts and we expected craft village have a lot of a available choice and were extremely disappointed everything was pretty much closed and a couple of shops were completely empty or moved out. This place needs to give opening times for each individual shop! Not just the place as a whole as its very misleading and a wasted trip here! Very disappointing for younger teenagers into art and crafts.
