Finally a company that delivers! Simon Stevens designed our new kitchen and then sent over his team of local tradesmen in a carefully timed schedule. Watch out for Al cooper, Andy Dowsett, Bob and Neil Coult, Rod the Roofer and Ben (flooring): they are all excellent and totally reliable. We now have a first class kitchen! An excellent team. *UPDATE March 2022 The kitchen is still great except that one of the large cupboards fell off the wall. Optiplan reported the cause as 'cupboard failure'. This happened September last year and Customer Service have taken 6 and a half months to sort it. Seriously inefficient administration led to many wasted visits from fitters (who were actually good when supplied with the correct date(s) and correct parts).

The guys in the showroom were very good and communicative. But after money changed hands and the kitchen was installed that's when things started to worry me. They have not finished the splash back or upstands along with a plinth heater and a light all of which they had ordered incorrectly and had to wait for. Three months later and no communication from optiplan. After chasing them we got some vague answers on they are looking in to it with no feedback and we are again chasing them to finish the kitchen. The taps were also poor quality and are starting to come apart after three months. Not impressed for such and expensive kitchen. I would not recommend. after constant chasing we finally got a project manager who is claiming its all down to logistics problems. 6 Months later we still have an unfinished kitchen and you have to constantly chase for an update. Lets hope we get there one day. After the initial work was done we just went off their radar as they had their money. I will leave it to you to consider if you would like to use this company . We have just signed up for a new kitchen from Optiplan in Wokingham. Barry has provided tremendous knowledge and made the whole process extremely easy, from the initial visit to our home through to co-ordinating with the builder and flooring provider. They have been very responsive to any of our questions and alteration requests, but most importantly have taken away all the hassle from the process to date. I will update my review following what I am sure will be a successful installation. Service: Remodeling
