I cannot recommend them enough! My partner had a fab experience in getting my engagement ring from them so we then obviously got our wedding rings there too. They helped us so much with the design and what we wanted - we never felt rushed or a burden and took our time looking and deciding etc with their expertise at hand. A huge thing for me to is they are the furthest from pushy! They do genuinely just want the best for you and your needs / requirements. Giving honest information and advice to help our decisions along the way but never ever forcing anything of you. Then the results are just stunning! No ask is too big or small and we know we are always welcome back even just for a chat

Went in to see Tom today to purchase a piece of jewellery for my daughter. He was so helpful and his customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back again (I've bought and had jewellery made before by the team) and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I used Thomas William Jewellery earlier this year to help me find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fianc). It's quite a daunting task when you know nothing about jewellery or diamonds, to then try and find the perfect ring for your partner. However, Amanda at Thomas William made it such an easy and stress free process for me. In the end we made a ring from scratch rather than purchasing a pre made one and Amanda gently guided me through the process. Helping with ideas and designs when I was stuck, and giving brilliant advice throughout. The service and communication with the wider team was brilliant and they managed to get the ring ready on a right schedule for the date I intended to propose. I would definitely recommend Thomas William Jewellery and will be using them for our wedding rings.

Meet Thomas through my friend recommending him. It has been a great Journey designing our rings. Thomas was with us every step of journey and help us now we have perfect wedding rings. Also the aftercare of cleaning the rings is amazing. The whole team and welcoming and so friendly 1000% recommend. Thank you Tom and team for our amazing wedding bands keep being amazing !
