        Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop was a great experience !!! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Shweta is a wonderful yoga instructor with a calming and soothing voice.

        I've been going to Shweta's Pilates class for several months. I struggled at first but Shweta is very patient and I feel I'm making progress. I can certainly manage more than when I started. I just wish I'd started 30 years earlier!

        A great experience, one I thoroughly enjoyed. Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra, the time flew by. I felt wonderful afterwards. Shweta is a true professional. I brought along (and would recommend) plenty of blankets to keep warm during Yoga Nidra. Highly recommended
