I am one of the many unhappy customers who have been let down by this dreadful company. They will take your deposit, but will not progress the order. They do not reply to messages or return calls. In the end I went to their factory to complain, while I was there someone told me they had met several other people with similar complaints

UPDATE: IF YOU PAY A DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK!!!! The owners of this shady company owe us a lot of money. The courts have formally ruled that they must pay us the money we are owed, but they have not paid. The debt is now in the hands of the bailiffs, clearly he has financial difficulties, so don't risk ordering from him. We ordered 12 windows and after much chasing (and 100s of broken promises) they eventually delivered just 5 of the 12 windows we ordered, 4 months late. We had to get another window supplier to complete the rest of the work. Its hard to say if they are incompetent or dishonest, but either way you should avoid them at all costs.

We recently completed a rear extension and the most painful part was dealing with Chris at PAA. The sale and the payment for bi fold doors was swift but ordering and fitting a nightmare. I constantly had to chase for updates and rarely got replies, we eventually got the frame fitted then had to wait for glass due to supply chain issues. Ive never posted a negative review before but the comms issues continue..despite WA messages and phone calls to adjust the master door they havent responded. To blame supply chain shows this business has no clue about customer service, they never gave updates unless chased. They were the worst part of our build project. Ive had to use a reliable bifold after sales business to remedy the master door jamming. Questionable earlier 5* reviews. The aftersales service is shocking, no reply to WA messages, emails or calls. Constantly chasing Chris, even his team say they cant get hold of him!

Nightmare and disaster! I just hope that anyone who is thinking about ordering windows from them will read this review first and avoid a night mare experience! At first we were very happy to find this company! Chris seemed to be a decent guy, very helpful and professional. We paid our deposit in July 2021 with the idea that windows will be definitely ready in December 2021... After excruciating pain, sleepless nights and months of chasing Chris, we had 5 windows out of 12 in April 2022...!!! We had to order the rest of the windows from someone else, urgently! So, in the end we paid double of what we would pay if we ordered our windows from any big company with good reputation from the beginning! We had 2 months delay of the project because of the windows delay... And now, we are trying to get our deposit back for 7 windows that we had outsource from different suppliers, and Chris seems to be very chilled about not to pay us our money back... SO, please avoid this company, unless you want to get more grey hairs and less living years because of all the stress Chris will give you!

Chris was brillant from start to finish .We shopped around for bi-fold doors for our new extension .He was so helpful with very affordable prices .Very efficient & always replied to my messages promptly. I would definitely recommend this company .The fitters were also very pleasant & did a amazing job!
