Friendly Water

Punctual and courteous engineer and office staff. However, they failed where it matters and that's workmanship and quality. Our Hague water softener works fine, however the engineer connected our central heating top-up loop to the soft water instead of the hard water, which is against the Boiler manufacturer's advice!! (We should have at least been informed or given the choice). Also the 3-way tap installed in our kitchen by the company (A brand called Aqualaria) is of a very a low quality especially for a tap costing 350!

Excellent, customer focused and friendly service. Had a Hague Maximiser water softener and Quooker boiling water tap with RO water filter installed and it all works just fine. Would certainly recommend the whole team at Friendly Water...

I cannot recommend Carl & Tim enough. From the beginning, theyve both had a can-do attitude, all the way from the quote over the phone, to the survey, to actually taking on a much bigger plumbing job than they had anticipated to make things work for us & help us get back to a good plumbing fix & setting up the water softener. Took the time to explain everything, made us and our landlord feel reassured every step of the way, overcommunicating as they went to ensure we were always on the same page.
