Wonderful vets, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible. Lovely offices and gave Albert and Diesel all the necessary medical care they needed . Diesel just needed a check up and his yearly vaccinations Albert had his vaccinations and received antibiotics and a cone to heal his eye infection

We've used Voo Vets for our labrador Gus since we brought him home. Staff are incredibly friendly so Gus LOVES gping to the vet which makes things easy for us. The vet staff are knowledgeable and helpful with queries and concerns. Overall we haven't had any negative experiences. We have even had two surgeries for Gus (teeth extraction and neutering) and both were handled well and Gus was excellently taken care of.

Dont not take your pets here, they dont care!!!! Took my 12 week old puppy to Voo Vets in Pryford for vaccinations and also got some worming treatment for her. I was told to give her an amount for 3 days for the course, after 2 days Id run out of the paste and thought I done something wrong so checked the enclosed instructions and was horrified to read, that the vet had told me to give her the adult dose instead of the puppy dose. I rang the out of hours number and eventually talk to a vet from Surbiton who asked me lots of questions, told me to keep an eye on her and if I had any concerns I could ring them and take her in, they also said they would call the next day to check on her (Sunday) they did early evening, checked again to see how she was doing and said they vet from Pryford would call Monday. She called Monday morning and asked how she was and said if I had any concerns to call them back. I asked if that was it and she said yes, so I said so no apology? Well there was no danger to her and shell be fine! I replied well if thats it I wont be using you again she replied yes thats fine, its up to you!!! So no apology or anything. I would not recommend these vet to anyone who cares about the pet, totally unprofessional and no remorse or anything.

I took my kitten to be neutered here, A lovely clean ,friendly vets .My first time using this vets and was so impressed I'm going to be changing my vets to this one ASAP. I had to pop in on the Monday after my kittens appointment and the lady I spoke to was very helpful answered all my questions on there practice and that's what made me decide to change my vets a small but very efficient veterinary practice.
