This company is by far the best used car dealership I've had the pleasure to deal with. I travelled from Peterborough by train to see this car, they even picked me up from the train station. The car was immaculately presented and the transaction was smooth and painless. A few days later my car developed a pretty serious issue (unknown to them) but David and his business partner did everything they could to help. We all know that a lot of dealers turn their backs on you once you leave, not this company. My car is in for repair under warranty, in Peterborough with a contribution from Woodham Motor Company this Monday. I've never heard of a used car company offering to assist in this way. I've even chosen the garage I want the work carried out at. I would certainly reccommend this place to anyone looking for an honest dealership, with very well priced cars but more importantly outstanding customer service. We brought a 2013 Touareg we love the car !!!! The sales team are spot on and very helpful. When time comes to change we will definitely be looking to see what they have in stock.
