An ultimately great experience with the purchase of a 66 plate JCW mini cooper. Lee and Tommie were fantastic on the viewing appointment and test drive, and I was accommodated with a longer break between deposit and pick up than they'd normally allow as I was going away the following week. Car is just fantastic fun and tidy enough to justify the fair price for the year and model (chips away have made the exterior pretty much mint now so I think I've got a bargain all in). Only fly in the ointment was damage to the front driver's side alloy (very bad buckling) that the car had somehow picked up in between the test drive and pick up. Once I'd found the problem though Lee was fantastic with his aftersales care and a brand-new like for like replacement OEM alloy wheel was hand delivered to my door by one of his colleagues a couple of days later at no cost to me. I have to say I've been heartily impressed with Westgrove. They offer a professional service with a nice personal touch that I've appreciated. The cars are all good examples at fair prices and as soon as a problem came to light, they bent over backwards to sort it out without any quibble. Recommended.
