Every single time I try to book the Hoppa there is hassle - the softwear is rubbish - it takes ages and defaults to previous bookings. Its never smooth running - I probably book it about 4/5 times a year and its never - ever straight forward.

Dont use this company I updated our flight details as the airport changed our flights I got confirmation they had received our info and it was all ok then found out the night before we were flying that they hadnt informed the service provider so nobody came to pick us up 2 of us are in wheelchairs they wouldnt help just kept saying sorry its to late to help now we ended up having to get taxis which cost us 80 euros will never use again

Booked with Hoppa and never again, prior to our departure we received an email stating they couldnt drop us off at our villa so would drop us off a 20 minute walk away at a hotel, if we werent happy we could have a full refund which is fair enough. There was a link in the email to click which we did only to be taken to their website home page, once logged in it wanted to charge us 30% cancellation fee, I contacted them via their help section and finally got a reply when we were already in the villa so couldnt book anything else prior to travel. We have been in touch several times and they dont reply, an absolute shocking company with zero customer care once theyve taken your money. I have to say the actual company used over in Tenerife were fantastic and I managed to convince the driver to take us to our villa but collection had to be from the hotel mentioned. Please do not use this company as you could be disappointed.

Don't use this company as they don't care at all. I choose return from aiport to my hotel and I had to wait over 1h from aiport and 25 mins to get to aiport. Definitely avoid using this company in the future
