        I phoned when I landed in Heathrow to order a taxi and told them I had to still go through passport control and get my baggage. When I got to my taxi, I was told there was an additional 5 pound fee because the driver had to wait. This was never communicated over the phone and I told them I still had to go through passport control and collect my baggage. I also emailed them and received no response. Unprofessional. An uber would've been cheaper.
