        Really disappointed. I took a keyboard to return to Amazon yesterday and the guy threw it on the floor. Last week when I collected stuff he literally kicked the parcels out the way as he looked. They used to be a joy to go and see and of late feels like a very unhappy place.

        Online it says they do a specific parcel service when I went in they said they don't do it anymore. Waste of a journey!
