Amazing from the first phone call right to the end of our event. They helped arrange special lighting and additional, private music over the Kew Greenhouse speakers. Emma was incredibly friendly and helpful - with loads of great ideas and creativity. She really felt a part of our day!

Emma at Storm was brilliant! Super efficient, knowledgable and clearly loves her job! We contacted storm via Kews approved supplier list and immediately with detailed pricing, quotes and full information about the options in a format we could digest in our own time! Which for us was great as we were trying to organising a wedding from abroad during the pandemic. As a bonus the up front information on itemised pricing really gave us the transparency that builds enough trust and confidence to feel good about buying a service (lighting/production) that weve never purchased before. We had a Skype call to go over the numerous options for the 3 buildings and trees being used for our wedding. During the months on the lead up to our wedding she would send us pictures of the venues when she was there doing an event, which was lovely as got us excited about our December wedding. The ease of contacting her and her professionalism took a lot of stress out of that part of the wedding planning. Neither of us had any concerns about Emma! On the day she was friendly, relaxed and professional. The lighting seriously made a huge difference to wedding, The Nash Conservatory at Kew sits firmly in my memory as a magical place and many guests are still commenting on how stunning the venues were. I would highly recommend Emma at Storm Ltd for any event and especially Kew Gardens. Thank you
