I would give zero reviews if that was an option. This is the worst management company Ive ever had to deal with. The staff are incredibly rude, they obviously hate their jobs and dont want to be bothered or contacted at all. Our new development is only 4 years old and their neglect has been incredible. Broken street lights, broken fences, flooded basements in the blocks of flats since 2017 and they continuously refuse to fix anything. They are not transparent at all. We have requested details of expenditure and they would not provide any details but only pocket the money and let the development deteriorate.

So poor at communication and the basic parts of their job (over multiple contacts during a six year period). Moved away from them now, and would recommend those impacted look elsewhere UPDATE: In response to the reply below I don't think you looked very hard. Check emails from: 6//10/21 28/10/21 2/11/21 15/3/22 14/6/22 20/6/22 15/7/22 7/11/22 3/3/23 By follow up you probably mean reply saying "We'll look into this and send a passive agressive email if we have to". (Thanks Kirsty, Charlie and Robyn). I've been to the AGMs before. Fairoak couldn't wait to get out of there and push it onto the estate 'Directors' as they didn't want to do anything. As mentioned above I've left now, but wanted to ensure I left an honest review so others would know to avoid in future.
