Prinvest UK

I am editing my review because Prinvest threatened me with legal action if I did not...take from that whatever you will. Here are the facts: Prinvest marketed a student property investment offering guaranteed yields. They claimed they had a great deal of experience/knowledge etc to make you feel comfortable. The property we invested in (in Cardiff) was never built. The developer went into administration and our money has apparently vanished into thin air. I would be extremely cautious as they still appear to market similar properties with guaranteed rental yields which we have discovered, to our great cost, are not actually guaranteed. Prinvest conduct no due diligence whatsoever so anything they're claiming in their marketing is just what a developer has told them and they seem to make no effort to investigate or establish whether the yields they promise are plausible/achievable or likely to materialise. But at least they threaten their customers with legal action when they get bad reviews. So that's a great business model. Update: 06/07 - Following a complaint to the TPOS they determined that Prinvest did not act appropriately and awardded compensation. Prinvest have now declared insolvency and are going into liquidation.

I have a portfolio of property but no intention to expand this anytime soon. So i'd been looking up alternative investments which carry a varying degree of risks. After speaking with the team i was introduced to a suitable property loan note, provided extensive amount of relative information and the team were all happy to answer questions and were patient with me, even meeting in person. Ultimately i'm impressed with the professionalism from Prinvest and happy with the decision i took

I invested into a loan note for first time with PRinvest UK. Normally i buy in property buy to let so loan note is new to me but the team are very helpful and give me all the information i need. Very happy and wonderful experience with PRinvest, will use again.

I bought a 2-bed in Manchester with PrinvestUK back in November 2018 and am happy to say everything has been going well so far. At the time, the conversations i had with Ryan were informative and helpful and there was no pressure. If you want an agent with a wide knowledge base, isnt pushy, and will give you honest professional help, I definitely recommend speaking to them.
