        Royal Mail get a bad wrap (put intended) but Martin at Goldsworth Park has gone above and beyond today. He answered the phone immediately (twice), found my missing parcel, apologised for the delay, organised for it to be delivered that day and phoned me back with all this information. That's the sort of personal service we all want. Thanks Martin, you're a credit to RM!

        The staff are very friendly and helpful but they can only do so much, like every other post office - expect long queues at certain times.

        To be honest I don't mind the wait time. I'll always volunteer to go to the post office at work. I'll take a pastry and a coffee. It's an extra lunch break for free. Good opportunity to chat and socialise as well. If you time it right you can get your mates to be there at the same time
