Woking Post Office

Visited on Monday 3rd April and after queuing for 25 minutes as only 1 person working behind counter, was told the Driving Licence D1 form was in a box on top of a barrier. No sorry for having to wait, no sign on box. The amount of people that gave up waiting and just left. There's also self service machines but they kept stopping so the one person on the counter left the counter to fix the machines.... Machines obviously more important than people. I won't be going back, we need to bring back proper Post Offices and Post Offices in shops it doesn't work.

Incredibly rude and disorganised. No customer service since this manager took over.

Of necessity I have to use this post office regularly - while some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, there are never enough staff on (1 person only on a Saturday??) and there is always a big queue. What's the point of having 8 service counters if there's never more than 3 people serving? The man who appears to be in charge has a very rude manner. Surely Woking can do better than this? It really lets the town centre down.

Wow. So I am not the only one that thinks the service is dreadful, unknowedgeable staff, rude staff, poor management. . . .WHS should be embarrassed to have such a crew in their store.
