Should really be zero stars but not available! I agree with the previous review fully. Craig tells a good story, and always going to sort the problem, until you want any follow up! He (and his 'team') installed our new bathroom. Luckily we were there to chase, correct, push his guys into doing things correctly in the actual bathroom. What we didn't realise was the shower pump they installed in the loft was done incorrectly. They managed to get it working but a couple of months later there was no water to the shower and bath. Turns out they'd syphoned water through the pump to get it working. Stuart Turner engineer who we finally called said "what cowboys installed this". Cost us 120 for the engineer as the pump wasn't faulty and then 300 for a real plumber to re-install the pump in the correct place with water feeds as specified in the manufacturer details which came with the pump and Craig ignored. Watch our for his new company CCP maintenance too You have been warned.

Never use this company of its new registered business called CCP Maintenance. I recommend Craig to a number of my clients and the damage, disruption and misery he caused was unbelievable. He has absolutely no idea what he is doing and is totally incompetent. Future more, when he makes these very costly mistakes he refuses to accept responsibility and seeks to blame others. I have countless condemnation notices, photo graphic and video graphic evidence of ten total and utter carnage this firm has caused to a number of my customers properties over a 3 year period.
