        Contacted on 15th July for a quote to replace a radiator with a heated towel rail and install a pump for the shower. A man appeared and looked at the job and said all was good, didn't hear back so called and was told the man who quoted was on holiday, still nothing called again, was contacted the next day to say they couldn't do the job because the man who did this type of job was off sick. Very poor
