        DO NOT USE!!! We just tried to cancel the callout as we found the problem but he wouldn't refund 160 just for a call.

        We called them in as we had a smell of gas. after playing around with our boiler. the eastern european plumber who we struggled to talk with due to language barrier said ok job done. 10 minutes later our carbon monoxide alarm went off. the boiler exhaust was being let out into our kitchen as he made a bad connection on boiler. see picture attached. we have contacted Gas Safe their governing body and they have been taken to court by health and safety for this. they are playing with peoples lives sending plumbers out like this. thanks god we had an alarm
