Pilates Body Centre

I love going to Pilates with Karyn. Ive been seeing Karyn twice weekly for one to one sessions for almost five years now. I couldnt live without those sessions. Karyn expertly got me through two knee replacement surgeries and before I had my surgeries she helped get me through my skiing season with enjoyment. She is the best of the best. The studio is fabulous with excellent equipment beautiful wooden floors high ceilings large windows that let in so much natural light. It is immaculately clean and well kept. Its just a delight to be there. Oh very important too there is plenty of free parking in the area. ALL THE STAFF ARE WARM FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE.

Pilates Body Centre is a great place I really love my weekly classes there, everyone is very friendly. Becks is a great pilates teacher!

The staff at the Pilates Centre are very welcoming. I have attended both group reformer classes and a 1-2-1 sessions and thoroughly enjoyed them. The instructors are very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. Plus the space is lovely - clean, modern and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic Pilates instructors - they really know their stuff. The studio is lovely - modern, airy and relaxing. Plenty of parking. Friendly, fun atmosphere. I highly recommend this studio.

Karyn is amazing!! 5 years I have been misdiagnose,mistreated ( couldnt walk, lost jobs) she diagnosed me in my first 30 min sessions! She explained things and guided me how and what to do next! After a few session I got sent to reformer classes with Virginie who is also amazing ! Karyn and Virginie has changed my life!! My body and soul! I am for ever grateful!!
