Michael clearly knows what he's talking about. He was clear, concise and incredibly professional - very knowledgable, and left us with a good understanding of next steps and strategies. His attitude towards his work feels like a really rare thing to find these days, and as busy 30 somethings, it's fantastic to meet someone who really cares about your home and welfare - not just doing it for the cheque at the end.
