I'm expected to deliver training and martial arts info to tens of millions of people around the world, and I'm always looking for ground breaking information. The stuff that Adam has taught me in the brief period of time that we've been working together has DRAMATICALLY improved my power, my athleticism, and my health... So of course, I steal his knowledge and teach it to millions of people around the world... conveniently taking all of the credit. The least I can do is thank him properly... Adam, through a freaking Zoom call, was able to provide a physical assessment of my strengths and weaknesses, and point out an assortment of things that I needed to develop in order to revolutionize my strength and martial skill level. Some of these weaknesses are things that I have grappled with for years... he helped me to fix them. Some weaknesses I didn't even know that I had... addressing them has unlocked stability and balance in my body. I don't know what else to say other than 'Adam has changed the game for me, and indirectly for millions of people around the world.' If you're looking for a dude to help you get stronger, faster, more explosive, or healthier... this is the first guy I'd call. Thanks for everything Adam.

Having suffered with a shoulder injury for more than a month, Adam came to the rescue. After just one session the pain was reduced significantly and after a second session I was well on the road to recovery. Adam's knowledge and passion is phenomenal. He knows what he's doing and provides excellent communication and support. He's able to break complex theory down into bitesize chunks and practical exercises, which means you can really understand what your injury is and how to fix it. Would highly recommend.
