        Just wanted to say a huge thank you for Sunday. When I call to book for my grandsons birthday party I had no idea what would be suitable, I spoke with Claire and she talked me through all the options and booked me a lovely soft play package with a bouncy castle at a fantastic price. The staff where amazing at both delivery and collection. Very happy with both the service and the equipment. Will be recommending to everyone.

        Avoid using this company. Showed up for my daughters birthday 50 minutes late despite calling me the day before to double check all details and ensure me what time they were going to arrive. The management were very rude when we tried to negotiate a reduction in price after their late arrival. They also operate as Carla's Castles and Best Bounce. If I could give 0 stars I would.
