In the early days, when I had a sports injury or strain I used to spend time contemplating whether to go to my massage lady, my physiotherapist or Kieran at Back on Track. Over the years I have learned to realise that the one person I can rely on to fix the problem is Kieran. If you have to invest your money anywhere, I would recommend Kieran time after time. His knowledge and experience is unprecedented.

I've been seeing Kieran Chhabra at Chhabra Osteopathy for the past year based on a recommendation from a friend, and he is simply excellent. Highly qualified and thoroughly professional with an encyclopaedic knowledge of anatomy and physiology and a passion for his subject. I've put my body through a lot over the years - weights, Muay Thai, MMA - which has left its legacy of associated injuries. Kieran regularly 'rebuilds' me after yet another one of my stupid training sessions and is probably one of the few reasons I can walk upright! Plus I've learned a lot from him about pre-emptive stretching and rehab exercises to strengthen weak areas which has helped a lot. I'd never heard of the quadratus lumborum muscles till I met him but it turned out mine were in a mess! If you've ever suffered chronic back or neck pain, go and make an appointment with Kieran or his wife Emily. And to be honest make one even if you haven't - you'll feel better and learn a lot in the process.

Secretaries are always helpful and flexible, will try to meet your needs if they can. All the practitioners I have seen have been warm and caring, they take the time to listen to all the things you want to tell them even if, to you, it appears that it may not be relevant or linked to the current problem.Treatment has always been to a high and professional standard, usually with almost instant improvement (well sometimes after a day or so!). If there is a need for further treatments, exercises or actions that one can take at home or to seek alternative intervention (e.g. to see your GP) you will get this advice. I always feel that I am treated in a holistic way and that I am given respect and understanding for my feelings and views.I can recommend this practice without any reservations.
