very disappointed...not at all patient with elderly mother, we eventually bought glasses @ 550 due to prisms being required....they had to be returned twice or adjustment. We have moved and the local Optician is in Sunbury, they did a new prescription.....now my mother-in-law has no more headaches and she has no more double vision...very upset that she has been struggling with these glasses for 15 months without realising that they were just badly prescribed and ill fitted....I would avoid!

I gave the West Byfleet branch a chance after they kindly fixed my frames once at no charge when my son twisted them. I'm still a customer now. The staff are brilliant, very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. For example, on picking up my new glasses today everything looked skewed. After a quick check of a few details they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it - all within a few minutes. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

very disappointed with the charge for my lenses 30 % dearer in the space of a few months not informed of prices ,so much for local customer service.
