        My mum was moved into the home after being discharged from hospital and whilst this was in lockdown the staff were very helpful in helping us visit mum and to see her face to face. All of the staff seem very kind and caring and the management very responsive to any queries or concerns I have.

        It's ok. I have only one real complaint about it. A member of staff mentally abused my mum there so I complained, and that same member of staff started to abuse me every time I turned up to see my mum. I made a complaint to the management that I had to take to level 2 before I got a response and then I felt like I was the one under investigation. Just responding to the homes response. You say its unconfirmed what happened, two of my family witnessed it and its funny how the staff that witnessed it suddenly go quiet when the management come down on them. And why did that particular staff member giving the abuse suddenly resign?
